Introduction

This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.

Please note that if your order has been made vie PayPal we are unable to change or amend your address or delivery details – Please contact Mail@IllusiveLondon.com with the heading Urgent Order Amendment.


Delivery Methods

We will deliver to the following countries and territories: UK, Europe, International. 

If the address for the delivery of your order is a UK mainland address, then you will be able to select Standard Delivery or Next Day Delivery from the delivery methods. 

If the address for the delivery of your order is not a UK mainland address, then you will be able to select Worldwide Shipping from the following delivery methods :

Dispatch Periods

Standard delivery may be dispatched up to 5 working days after the order is placed, these periods run from the close of business on the day the order is placed. If you place your order after 3pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.


These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.


 For international delivery the delivery period if 5-7 working days after dispatch.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. 

Below indicates the applicable charges / how charges are calculated for the different delivery methods. All amounts are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

Standard delivery      £3.50 2nd class Royal Mail 2-5 working days, after dispatch.


Next Day Delivery:     £4.95 Track 24 -Track 24 aims to delivery your item(s) the next working day and includes full online tracking, (Next working day excludes weekends and bank holidays) Mon-Fri up until 3pm. Orders after 3pm will be processed on next working day.

 

World Wide Shipping:  £5.00 - The Duty and Import Tax is payable by the customer


Saturday: £7.50 Saturday Delivery (Order before 3pm Friday)


Sunday:  £7.50 Sunday (Order before 3pm Friday)


These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.


Additional deliveries and collection

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product. The Duty and Import Tax is payable by the customer


Delivery problems

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email to Mail@IllusiveLondon.com or contact our Customer Service Team on 01723 861447. 


If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

  • You provided the wrong address for delivery.
  • There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided.
  • The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
  • The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed.
  • Where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
  • You do not pay the duty on your package

Returns

 

Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 28 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. Please note we can not accept any returned items without their original tags.

This returns policy applies to customers all our customer world wide.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).


Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

  • We receive the returned product within 28 days following the date of delivery of the product
  • The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached,
  • and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new
  • You comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
  • None of the exclusions set out below apply.

Returns procedure

European & International Returns – Not including PayPal (see below for free PayPal returns)

Log into your Illusive London account, go to order history and click on the relevant order number left hand side. 


On the right side of the order you will see a return tick box, tick the box and select the reason for return. 


Click continue. You will then receive an email to confirm the return.

Return the package along with the invoice to us at the address below:

Royal Mail: At Illusive London we now offer free returns for the UK via Royal Mail

Log into your Illusive London account, go to order history and click on the relevant order number left hand side. 

On the right side of the order you will see a return tick box, tick the box and select the reason for return. 

Click continue. 


You will receive an e-mail to confirm your return.


Click on the hyperlink on the return email from Illusive London to access the free returns portal. 


 

How Can I Pay?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously indeed.

We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us.

You can upgrade your delivery by calling customer services up on 01723 588096 and giving payment over the phone.

How do I use my discount/promo code?

You need to enter your discount/promo code on the order summary section of the 'confirm & pay' page. Under your order details, you'll see Promo Code - simply click on this and enter your code in the drop down box.

Once you've entered the code, click on 'Update' and it will apply to your order. You'll be able to check this underneath the items as the discount value will have been removed and the price amended. You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can't be applied later.

RULES

· Only one discount/promo code can be used per order

· Discount/promo codes cannot be used for gift vouchers.

· As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes
